Ayesha Takia has been assigned to act opposite Vijay for a movie early next year. She would play Vijay’s heroine in a movie. The movie would be directed by Prabhu Deva.

Vijay and Prabhu Deva had earlier teamed up to render a blockbuster hit in Pokiri.

Vijay is currently acting in Azhagiya Tamil Magan. Soon, he would commence shooting for Kuruvi, a movie to be directed by Dharani and produced by Udhayanidhi, grandson of Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.

After Kuruvi, Vijay will shoot for Prabhu Deva’s film.

Nagesh Kukunoor’s next project after AASHAYEIN is getting bigger. The film in question, TASVEER, which already has Akshay Kumar and Ayesha Takia, now has a new star, Shahid Kapur.

In fact, as per media reports, Shahid is presently shooting for the film in Canada. The super natural thriller is likely to be completed in one schedule (after Akshay starts his work) and that is why Akshay has been paid a huge fee for his bulk dates.

While we are happy about Shahid being in the film, we just wonder why he has agreed to work with Akshay again. Ayesha Takia and Akshay Kumar are set to come together for a supernatural thriller to be directed by Nagesh Kukunoor.

The movie, titled Tasveer, will be made under the banner of Percept Picture Company. It is learnt to be roughly based on Manoj Night Shyamalan’s Oscar-nominated movie ‘The Sixth Sense’.

Director Imtiaz Ali is completely engrossed in his forthcoming film starring Shahid and Kareena, putting a complete break on his other projects involving actors like John Abraham, Bobby Deol and Ayesha Takia.

According to Imtiaz, “I have no clue as of now, as I am completely immersed in the Shahid-Kareena film.”

Imtiaz also went on to deny the rumours which suggested that John Abraham starrer Rockstar will be similar to Rang De Basanti.

Boney Kapoor has finally casted charismatic and talented Ayesha Takia as Salman Khan’s leading lady in his next production Wanted Dead & Alive.
