Sad news for all Ayesha Takia fans. The actress who won hearts all over with a mind-blowing performance in Dor will soon be leaving the silver screen post her wedding.

Yes indeed. Ayesha has taken the final decision of quitting films after marriage and even has served notices to filmmakers who had commenced work with her. Luckily, those she had only given dates to and hadn’t shot with are in less of a pickle than filmmakers like Jaghmohan Mundhra who specifically cast Ayesha in his film to match the comic timing of Govinda.

Mr. Mundhra is now desperate to find the perfect leading lady once again before shooting starts this November. Speaking to MidDay, Mundhra said that Aditi Sharma of Black and White fame has been zeroed in on, and even though he is yet to take another look at Black and White, Aditi seems to be on board.

Well, it’ll be a sad goodbye to such a talented actress who had a great potential waiting to be tapped. But here’s wishing her a very happy and prosperous married life!
