Ayesha Takia and her beau Farhan Azmi, who have been very close to each other for some two years, have now decided to marry by the end of this year. Their families are finalizing the wedding plans. Both Ayesha and Farhan confirmed the news that they would be marrying soon. Regarding Ayesha’s career, Farhan said that Ayesha is not getting the kind of work she would enjoy doing. Farhan didn’t comment if she is looking for bold roles, and just said, “You know how she works.”

According to our source, “Ayesha and Farhan have been dating for nearly three years and are very serious about each other. It’s time to take the relationship to the next and a meaningful level. The families have met and discussed the wedding plans.”

When contacted, Ayesha said, “Yes, I am getting married very, very soon. I will make a formal announcement of the date and the month, shortly.” Farhan was more frank and forthcoming. Ayesha Takia is getting better with each new film. In ‘De Taali’, she just happens to be in the wrong company. The flick is no scale to measure her talent and maturity as an actress.

It starts off quite well and the bonding between the three friends viz. Paglu [Riteish], Amu [Ayesha] and Abhi [Aftab] is well established in the initial portions. Things perk up the moment Rimi Sen’s character enters the scene and shows her true colors. Everything’s fine till she’s kidnapped — the interval point. Things only go downhill in the second hour. The entire kidnap drama, special mention to the Saurabh Shukla track [it can’t get weirder than this], is so ludicrous that by the time it reaches the finale, the viewer loses all interest in the enterprise.

Even though Ritiesh Deshmukh has worked with Ayesha Takia for the first time ever in DE TAALI, he truly believes that the girl is a genuine talent. Impressed with her spontaneity and the range that she brings in her act, Riteish admits that it was fun working with her in his soon to be released urban comic flick that is directed by E Niwas.

“Ayesha is truly one of the finest talents around”, says Riteish in an admiring tone, “I mean most of us actors have a particular way of acting in films.
